Cait Bransgrove founded Inspire Home Loans in 2019 with a simple mission: to make finance easier, smarter, and more accessible for everyone. She recognised that clients were often juggling multiple businesses just to get from loan approval to settlement and decided to change that. What began as Inspire Home Loans soon expanded into Home of Inspire, a hub that brings together finance, conveyancing, and legal services under one trusted roof.
As an award-winning Finance Broker, Cait has been recognised at the Australian Broking Awards for her expertise, leadership, and commitment to helping clients achieve their financial goals. She’s passionate about guiding people through their financial journey, ensuring they not only secure the finance they deserve but also feel supported every step of the way.

With a rich background spanning boutique suburban law firms and community legal centers in Melbourne, Vernice brings a down-to-earth approach and deep empathy to her practice. Her dedication to providing exceptional, personalised legal services is at the heart of our firm's mission.
Vernice graduated from La Trobe University and completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the Australian National University. Admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia, she has extensive experience in property, estates, commercial, and family law.
Clients appreciate Vernice’s prompt responses and approachable demeanor. Outside of her legal work, she enjoys spending time with her young family, horse riding, and indulging her passion for baking and gourmet food.
